Jarvis allows you to aggregate your entire Accounts Receivable data across brands and offices within your DSO.

Jarvis displays the AR data in table or graph view format, along with patient information, including Current, Total and Aging AR views.

Additionally you can quickly search for patients by name, or display the patients with highest AR balance per office and or brands across your DSO.

View your outstanding Accounts Receivable by Responsible Party, Patient, Office and Insurance using the Aging Module. The Aging Module organizes account balances by aging bucket and can be easily sorted to identify the largest and oldest AR balances in each location.

You can view appointments and events in day, week and month format. When you select an appointment or event, Jarvis provides more detailed information such as patient name, contact information, operatory, status, notes, and provider assigned.

The status for each lead can also be annotated and timestamped, so you can always follow up the status of each lead.

Your hygiene department is the backbone of your practice. The Hygiene Recall Module ensures you schedule each of your patients for a return visit to keep your hygiene program healthy.

Measure your Patient Recall rate by Provider, indicated by the number of patients scheduled for a future hygiene visit that were seen within the selected date parameters.

Identify patients by provider that were not scheduled for a return hygiene visit on the dates selected. You can even set Reminders to follow up with any missed patients by clicking the Number of Patients Missed.

With the Huddle Module, the practice is not only looking at today’s stats but can relate to the day before and the day after. The Huddle Module generates a report in email format that can be sent to your own distribution list.

Not only you can filter data for any date range, you can also compare vs last year or company average. You can also simply download a CSV or PDF to share with your colleagues.

Jarvis’ Payroll Module calculates Payroll for Providers and Hygienists based on customizable formulas off of Production, Collection, Adjustments, Lab Fees and base or bonus rates.

Data is calculated for each pay period, and a CSV file compatible for ADP or Payworks in generated. Jarvis streamlines and saves countless hours in reviewing data for payroll.
