Jarvis CRM easily integrates with your existing platforms to properly track Form Submits or Calls from a variety of sources and campaigns.
Out of the box, Jarvis, integrates with CallRail and Patient Pursuit and with our JSON API you can integrate and post leads from your website seamlessly to Jarvis making it easier to follow up and get the patients to the office.
The status for each lead can also be annotated and timestamped, so you can always follow up the status of each lead.

In tandem with your Supply Audit module, warns in advance if inventory, including medications and supplies, is set to expire.
End of Day
As the practice winds down, it’s time to create an End of Day report. Jarvis automatically pre-populates the required data which includes Total Production, Collection, Providers, New Guests, Total Guests including Month To Date data alongside Office Goals.
Each report is version controlled and timestamped, in case an adjustment or change has to take place after submission. The End of Day Module generates a report in email format that can be sent to your own distribution list.
At the start of the day, it’s time for a huddle report. Jarvis’ Huddle Module groups information in 3 columns, yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Each view shows key stats such as Production, Collection, New Guests, Treatment Acceptance (including breakdowns), Hygiene Production, Broken Appointments and Patients not rescheduled.
With the Huddle Module, the practice is not only looking at today’s stats but can relate to the day before and the day after. The Huddle Module generates a report in email format that can be sent to your own distribution list.
Jarvis’ financials Module aggregates views and key metrics such as Production, Collection, Adjustments, Guest Visits, Average Production per Guest, Top Services, Adjustment Percent and Utilization Data for each Provider across all offices and brands on your DSO.
Financials Module, allows you to compare data vs Last Year, Goal or even DSO wide Average. This makes it easy to see how each practice compares against the rest of your DSO.

The directory is fully searchable, and with the ability to create filters, so you can quickly find patient information with ease: such as Next Visit, Last Visit, Remaining Insurance, Treatment Plans, Hygiene Due, Patient Recall, Lifetime Value (LTV) and Appointments Completed or Broken, Family information, activity, Employer, Ledger information, Treatment Plan details and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Jarvis’ Payroll Module calculates Payroll for Providers and Hygienists based on customizable formulas off of Production, Collection, Adjustments, Lab Fees and base or bonus rates.
Data is calculated for each pay period, and a CSV file compatible for ADP or Payworks in generated. Jarvis streamlines and saves countless hours in reviewing data for payroll.
Jarvis’ Reminders Module allows you to create manual or automatic reminders for each patient for your staff to follow up on.
